Still looking for original rear glass in very good condition.  I've spent 8 months and many returns on the reproductions.  Looking for the best I can find I'll pay for shipping as required.  This is the only thing holding up finalizing the restoration of my personal car.

Very much appreciate any help in locating

Hi Shawn,
Just wondered if you are looking for new ? Or original. The best place for new replacement glass is ECS. They should be able to quote a price. Did a great job with a friends 66 Fairlane and he bought all new glass, it was shipped and nothing was damaged. All date codes are in place and Carlite logo looks exactly as his originals did.
If used original glass is acceptable then a possible suggestion would be Desert Valley in AZ.
Just be positive you insure for enough...you need it in 1 piece. Hope this helps.

Yes, I called ECS first they said they did not want to sell me the glass.  I asked for glass that would fit and not wavy and was told I'm looking for perfection and they don't sell that.
DVAP does not have any

Hopefully someone has a good half century old original part that was made in the USA by SKILLED craftsman

You have probably already managed your expectations. Used glass will most likely have at least some scratches.

Hello
I just received my monthly Mustang Times. In the back there is a parts section. Person says they have 1967/68 fastback rear windows. Call 352-442-9151 (Florida). Hope this helps. Mike

Here is the situation I've been dealing with.  See pictures attached of the latest piece received of 3 piecesIMG_2041.jpegIMG_2040.jpeg after returning 2 that were even worse condition.  I'm working on a solution and if successful will update this post

I purchased glass from Kentucky Mustang they buy by the pallet.  They were kind enough to go into the warehouse look at the inventory, send me pictures, and discuss condition over the phone.  Excellent customer service! Once I received the glass I used ArmorEtch to get the center line etched into the glass. I will be generating my own Carlite logo and etching as well.

Thanks Kentucky Mustang and Bill Collins for transporting from Columbus

After going through all that trouble I hope that you etched the glass from the inside like factory did. For those reading the factory front and rear glass was typically etched from the inside. I was recently judging at a inside show and came across a odd optical illusion of the center stripe looking like it was double. It was because the line was incorrectly etched on the outside and light was reflecting off of the layer of polyvinyl butyral (PVB) between two pieces of glass that makes up the safety glass used on front and rear glass and reflecting back what looked like a second line.

You can feel the etch by dragging a fingernail across the surface. Etching on the outside also catches dirt particles.

Yes Bob certainly etched on the inside.  This was another issue I had with the supplier they etched on the outside

I'm good now but if you have perfect grade 9-10 I'm interested for future projects. Let me know via PM and date range is not important. I have about 7 original ranging from 5-7 out of 10 in my opinion.  Will be selling off soon.
