Title: 1966 GT350 Manual
Post by: Haigler on May 16, 2025, 05:11:05 PM
Hello all,

I recently acquired an owners manual for a '66 Shelby GT 350.  After doing some research, I believe it's an original 1st printing.  I checked ebay and there are 2 on there...one for $1250 and one for $2900.  Are these normal prices for these, and if not what is?  I only found one in the "completed" auctions for $310, but it was not a 1st printing.

TIA

I'm curious.  Why do you ask?  You "recently acquired" an owners manual, are you looking to now sell it?

Yes. I figured I'd start here rather than...say the tube amplifier collector's forum, to determine a real-world value.  I have no connection to it and it was given to me last week...hence "recently acquired."

The 1250 has been for sale for about 6 months.  Originally listed at I think $975. After a number of listing cycles the price was changed to the current $1250. Probably with the hope someone will offer close to 975 and think they are getting a deal.  Has some water damage.
The other one has been listed for over a year.

Hi,

I would be interested in the manual since my '66 is missing it's original manual.  I would have to inquire with a friend, and SAAC member, on verifying it and offering you a fair price.
