For those 68 Shelbys requiring a front license plate, what have you used to install the plate bracket without drilling holes. I purchased a bracket from Tony Branda supposed to hang underneath the bumper, but I'm not seeing any way to hang

It is mounted by drilling holes in the fiberglass valence. There is a template
