Title: Wiring Harness Question

I'm installing a new Alloy Metal Products underdash harness in my'68. All the wiring and connectors match up to my original harness except for these two leads, which I can't identify in any of my wiring diagrams. Any ideas? Blue with black stripe and round terminals. Circuit breaker perhaps?

Fog lamp feed was a auxiliary harness that was taped to the main harness on original
