Title: 69-70 Convertible Trunk Lid. (I think) Can you help?
Post by: capecodmustang.com on October 12, 2024, 01:32:23 PM
I have a 69 fiberglass trunk lid that I'm confident is for a 69-70 convertible.

However, after comparing it with numerous other trunk lids I'm now not sure.

Any ideas?

Mine is original so I've been told.  Mine is an early car.  #100

It appears to be a reproduction  based on the matting and the fiberous nature of the end

I have three other convertibles and I'm thinking it must be a reproduction.

Seems as though there's just missing holes.......

I concour that it is reproduction based on texture of the fiberglass seen between the inner structure and inner structure itself.
