Does the AM/FM help narrow it down??
Curious if that intake emissions tube has been changed?

The advertisement is likely fake.
Have you made contact with the business?
I recommend looking up the contact information separately. Do not use the information in the advertisement.
The advertisement is certainly not fake.
I have been coming to this seller since the early 90's. Patrick is now the current owner, his father Bert started the business and over the years has sold hundreds of Mustangs, including Bosses (also a 429), Shelby's and other rare types.
He also sold my 1968 GT350, it is also listed on his site (as sold).
Well you are probably in a much better position to judge that. Let me see what I can find on the car

Thanks for your help
There does not appear to be anything concerning in the Registry. It does have a short history here before restoration and then some outside the US notations.

Can you tell us the short history, maybe who restore the car?
Reiny, I will send you the article about how it was found...from the Fall 2010 Shelby American, a story from one of the previous owners.

Nice to see some European people in this thread, Hello Wolfgang and Reiny.
I restored this car at least 16 years ago. looks like some things have been changed out.
low milage car was off the road since 1973 when i bought it.
Complete rotisserie restoration was done. I believe I sold it at least 10 years ago.
