Slash and his Shelby........ anyone Know anything on it, is it real?
Looks like it might be an Eleanor. If that's the case, he's welcome to it.

+1 - the rear wheel width (slight flare?) and steering wheel are a couple good indicators.
The FakeBook page the pic is from says - Slash with his 1967 Ford Mustang GT500 Fastback
Lots of errors in this article and pics from several sources - https://tork.buzz/classics/Slashs-Dream-Machine-The-Mustang-that-Captivated-the-Musician-20240711-0015.html
And the gas filler in the fender plus the higher than stock spoiler.
Can you imagine the plumbing to make that fill location work?
"Slash"? I thought he called himself "Stash"? Sorry. Apparently I don't hear well?
This is just the continued torture that twisted facts create for reality. Why that thing is still called a 67 GT500 is just part of the torture we must endure. Probably forever now from "Fantasy Island"?
...oh wait, here comes the 'de plane again. "De 'plane, de 'plane!"! Gotta' go and welcome the new visitors.

Per Slash, it's a custom build and/or replica
Slash has a thing for early Shelbys, In one of their early videos he drives a supposed 66 off a cliff... BUMMER!
100% restomod
I like it. It only has a few Shelby bits on it not a full-blown fake. I've seen him perform in a few different bands over the years. I went to a car show in Manchester, CT and was beat by a kid placed in my show class with a fake.
