What is the correct fastener for the back side of 67 gt 350/500 grill emblem?

Barrel clips?

AMK lists F-3282 but don't show any on the website. (They may not offer them anymore??)
NPD has Stamped sheet metal nut kit that looks "correct" see attached...

NOTE very early '67 Shelby's did NOT have a grille emblem.

Barrel clips are for the fender and deck lid emblems.
