Pretty sure I posted on this thread about a week ago.  It appears it was deleted.

I have seen some reproduction '66 10 spokes for about $275 each.  The tires new are about $500 each.  The BaT tires were made in '15 & '16.  The ones listed on SAAC, who knows since the seller seems to be intentionally avoiding showing the DOT numbers and now deleted the original listing with the pictures. Maybe the next $5 price reduction will get 'em sold.

I'm no math wiz, but it seems to me, you would be crazy to overpay for used when you can get them new cheaper.

Let's see how long before this response is deleted.

I am.

I have been and will continue to delete posts that are malicious in intent, or ad hominem-confrontational.

There is no need nor room for that on our Forum.

Personally I have learned to lock a for sale post on this forum.

You can PM the seller with questions or offers. There is no need to criticize the offering.

If you don't like the ad, it's the same as not being interested in buying it. No comments are necessary. If you don't like the music on that radio station, change the station.

By the same token though, I think this is really pretty common knowledge and it is suggestive to me that the seller is inviting some sort of public scenario of negative and personal insults.

So in that, it does cut both ways.

It just seems so obvious to me, just lock the ad Why invite some sort of a "hissy fit"? This place just does not need more negative imaging . If you need to fight, go kick the water cooler.
