Posting for a friend of mine (no, it's NOT a scam). He got these with purchase of '95 F150 Lightning that had multiple problems.
These heads are complete less rocker arms and as best we can tell were removed from the engine and only cleaned. One has date code 4H3 and the other is 4G21. No damaged that we can see.

What are the numbers on these? Meaning that little thumb that pops out and has an identifying number on it which can be seen aa installed.
