a Jan-feb GT500 or GT350.
NOTE: I should have been more clear initially but changed the first part.
Are you considering lower valence that needs some work? Header panel as well. Send email if you want to see photos. I have stamped Front air cleaner as well.

Ealy Jan-feb 1968 would state the air cleaner for either a GT500/350 without the center hole in it and also it was a 68. The heading does say 68 parts..
