If someones emailing you and you dont know them, ask the forum if its legit

Got another message from Malo... brand new username.....
Both of those user names contacted me after I posted in the Wanted to Buy section. I did not respond.
Be careful with new member DannyDe. He pm'd me about an ad I put in WTB and referred me to an obvious scammer and claimed the scammer was a "reliable seller". He may be either working with the scammer or is actually the scammer himself playing two roles. The scammer was lifting old photos off the Internet from more than one original car and claiming he had the part in those pictures. He's not the brightest pencil in the pack, but he's dangerous for the members here and is committing fraud.
Ask the forum??? Where do you do that and be discreet?
