I am looking for an original 66 hipo drive shaft. Money is burning a hole in my pocket..
Thanks in advance guys.
Hi Jimmy,
You might have better luck shortening a LoPo drive line. I have a HiPo drive line that the yoke has warn out. It does not hole the u-joint tight anymore. I could have the yoke cut off and a new yoke welded back on or just shorten a LoPo drive line.
Dead Nuts On made me a replacement. I just checked their website and they appear to still be making drive lines, $880 for a inside snap ring u-joint version. But I did hear they were getting out of it. So not sure. Give them a call..
Best of luck
Cory
I talked to Dead Nuts on a week ago and Jack was out of the country but his wife said he was not currently doing drive shafts and no plans to for the near future. Disappointed to hear.
