The winning bidder of this car joined BaT in Jan of 2024 and bought 4 cars in Jan. I wonder if he failed to follow through on the other 3 also?

Did he buy them or flake on the others too?

I checked the SWC and T Bird. Neither one is back on BaT yet.

I tried to post a question, which was denied. The seller states: "..the car has a lien on it,.." as an excuse for why the first sale fell apart. I was asking if it still has a lien on it since it is advertised as implying a "clean title".  I guess we can't ask about the title?

In the main description it says the car has a lien on it. JUst before the videos. "There is a lien on the title, and the seller's lender will need to be paid off before the title can be transferred to the next owner."
Also I see a question asking about the title from Feb 28th

OK, they must have added that after my question, and I see my question is finally posted now.  Having a lien on it, of unknown magnitude, would be a concern to me  as a buyer, maybe others are not worried about it.  I would never buy a car with a lien on it.
