A bit skeptical on this one. On the 'description' it says CLEAR TITLE. Yet, it was a salvaged car? A title washing?

This car is also listed in the Hemmings ads under 1970 Ford Mustang GT 500. Better pictures of the car there.

It is a civil transaction between the owner and insurance company, so unless it's reported to the dmv by one of the parties involved it remains clean.
