SEE THIS CAR IN PERSON AT THE MUSTANG ROUNDUP, SUNDAY JULY 22, AT BELLVUE COLLEGE
WHOA!!!!!
RED FLAG on the Shelby number #3259. That's a little too late for the production run of only 3,225 units.
Maybe it's a typo in the ad.
The May 5, build date doesn't match a factory red GT350 by SJ or SA completion dates according to the 2011 registry
Maybe there's a registry typo too.

Anyone going to the "Mustang Roundup" who can take a photo / closer look at the VIN and the Marti report?
I think he's talking about the carburetor being # 3259...
Not the VIN....
That helps , thank you!
SJ 5/5; #2312 , 2329, 2332, 2333, 2234, 2385, 2387, 2388, 2389, 2390, 2391
SA 5/5; none
#2385 was originally sold to Carlsbad Auto (NM), but shipped to Kemp Motors (TX)
If it's the right car, they tidied it up a bit from my last photos of it.
From the way I read the listing, it says "period correct" engine.
The way I read that is its a period correct, like he says, but it don't say "the correct engine that came in the car".
Others chime in.
Looks like a nice piece.
Goes without saying every car needs an inspection
If someone is going to put stripes on a red 67 I wish they would do them black!

That's a big help with the photos / vin and another "Z" stamped car not listed in the 2011 registry too!
Thank you for posting the additional pictures.
Don't know why they blocked the last 3 digits of the VIN, because its down about 5 lines at the Ford serial number: 201761 ::)

Dave,
If you want to protect that info remove the Marti photo from the photos posted. You already helped us confirm the Shelby ID #.
:)
