I could start a whole religion surrounding this car.

As an addendum, hats off to Mr. Steve Volk for bringing this presentation!

Is this the car that Michael Shoen owned?

I haven't looked at the Cobra Registry lately but I seem to remember that car being raced around 1973 or so by a Col.Lorenzen in Kansas or so?
I remember discussions about it and the inability of anyone to get close to the car and talk to the owner?

It's a long time ago and I don't remember the specifics? Considering that and the statement about the car still having Bondauranunt"s original tires on the car, casts that originality thing into doubt? I'm not sure if the car was still being run with Webers then due to the class it would have to run in?

Ned? How far off am I on this one?
