     Just curious question:

Are these the same wheels as used on say the '69-'70 Mercury Marauders?   ???

Mercury Marauder wheels typically have painted steel rims and use a stainless beauty ring to cover the rim I believe. The for sale wheels appear to be 67 Shelby Magstars.

Marauder wheels also have a narrower "window".

Hello,
As other knowledgeable members have responded, no, these are Shelby 15 by 7 Magstars.  I have a single marauder wheel and can show the difference.

Thank you for the question.

Please note that I was not intending to imply that the wheels listed for sale were anything but that which the poster claimed them to be; rather I truly was just curious as to whether this wheel was used on any other chassis, for example the Marauder, which I remembered as being at least similar.

And I do appreciate the responses put forth in order to better educate me, and perhaps others, on the subject; as I believe this is the true value in the existence of this forum.   :)
