Not sure if it is the best, but my LED kit from Vic Yarberry is very good and has worked for over 5 years.

I've had their kit for years now and waited for them to come out. No issues so far.
I believe Vic and Don Rush of West Coast Classic Cougar worked together and providing the best packages.

+1 that was my take when I was waiting for the setup.
I used a setup from Mustang Project. Been in my 69 for 15 years now, I have been very happy with it.
