Title: winfield racing carbs
Post by: Harris Speedster on June 24, 2023, 10:07:15 AM
By chance, does anybody here have any Prewar WINFIELD racing carburetors ?
Or know a old dog not at SAAC that has some stashed away.
Parts carbs are ok too.
Downdraft or updraft.
S or SR is OK.
From what I have seen, they are single barrel carbs for the most part.
Harris twin cam, twin ign and twin carb.
Thanks
John

Yeah,
It can be tough looking for racing parts that are 87 years old.
I guess they were the racers choice ?
Big bore and small bore. I need the small bore
GT 350 >. neat fact about the Duesenberg race cars.
Duesenbergs are really expensive now, most are  in the millions.
I do hope to run into some fairly priced good cores.
Thanks
John
