How do the two years differ? I've got what I believe to be a 68 pressure line - the sight glass looks smaller than the one pictured. also have the larger diameter hose that looks same as pictured with a c7ZA number - the plating is hard to see in pictures.

As I understand, aluminum crimped ends instead of brass.

You understand correctly IMO. 67 brass and typical 68 is aluminum crimped.
