Title: Front bumper attachment
Post by: lawrence67 on March 01, 2023, 12:53:30 PM
Do all 67's have front bumper attached to front fender with small bracket and hardware on each corner?  With extention of nose and bumper brackets seems unlikely.  My bumper and fender has holes but no bracket or hardware when purchased in  81.  Car had been partially disassembled for repairs previously so anything is possible.
If answer is positive if anyone has  extra brackets please contact me pm  or email.
Thks PL.

Yes, they are Shelby unique brackets.

Branda has them listed:

They are different than stock Mustang brackets and allow for the more forward location of the bumper.

+1 they are on every regular production 67 Shelby but a commonly forgotten part when cars are worked on or restored.

Thanks all.  They're in NPD as well.  Thanks JD for you're input, you just didn't read the question,  "corner" was the trick word.  I have all the big ones.
