on a 427 cobra with toploader and factory ford shifter assembly ,
If the stick is mounted backwards, the reverse lock out lever (tab) that slides up and down is now on the wrong side and wont work properly.

Is there a reproduction chrome stick specifically made for this application where the lock out is switched to the other side?

thanks, but that wont bolt on to a stock ford mixing box

Just cut a new slot for the pin @ 180 degrees.
