So I have a set of originals but they have some slight surface rust and the chrome is tired. Definitely easy to restore but figured I'd see if I could buy a restored or NOS set instead. Thoughts?

Well you might get lucky. I hope you do but the odds aren't with you from what I have observed given my ear to the ground on all things 65-70 Shelby parts and info.Best to put your efforts in getting the ones you have restored IMO.
