Title: Convertible Top Control Circuit Breaker
Post by: nightmist67 on December 07, 2022, 06:50:55 PM
There appears to be a circuit breaker for the convertible top control located near the starter solenoid.  Was that part of the assembly line construction, and if so, how was that part installed in the engine compartment?  Are there any illustrations to indicate how it was mounted in the engine bay?

From the factory the circuit breaker on a 69/70 is a fusable link and not a mechanical circuit breaker like other years. I believe it connects to the positive side of the solenoid.

If I recall correctly, the factory link is a Lincoln engineering number.
