It was put on the car a long time ago. Current seller removed the tag and selling as the 65 San Jose A code fastback that it is. The "tag" is included as a novelty item I suppose.
Hard to tell if the car was an intentional fake or if someone just built it as close to a '65 GT350 as possible. There's a stamping on the RH side upper apron with 'SMF5S211', but an obvious or intentional mistake?
Big rear brakes are missing and rebound bumpers not done like original '65, so hard to say what the intent of the car was (as it was built/cloned).
Well kind of sounds like its headed in the right direction....
