Those wheel wells look very odd & quite a history in the registry.

Vin plate has "quite the look"as well.... ::)
If you dont have the body or the tags, you dont have a Shelby. Period. In my opinion it should be removed from the Registry and marked "destroyed"
Registry is where it's true status can be known, needs to be there with the reality of it's "being" what it is/isn't.
Makes you wonder what the VIN under the reproduction shelby tag is.
Also makes me wonder if knowing that would open up a real pandoras box for the next owner.

I only skimmed the write up but it does state rebodied after a bad wreck, and stuff like opening up the wheel wells for large wheels and tires. The photo of the passenger side front frame, looks bent to me.
Inner front bumper bracket doesn't have the flat bar extension. Guess DIY bracket?
Very interesting
That tag is clearly a Repro. Not off to a good start.

It all depends on how it is titled.
Using the shelby assigned VIN-not good
Using the rebodied VIN-perfect
Anything else pretty much amounts to title fraud and VIN tampering.

Well, now you can easily install some 32's on it with out having to cut the Fenders...........
Azz Monkey would buy it.
