Still looking for it. Latest version of this car's story i that deTomaso got 427 Cobra chassis and had Ghia (which he didn't own yet) do a body. It is certainly more modern than the 427 Cobra body, which descended from the AC Ace of '53. I'd say Giugiaro designed it, It has his side vents. But it's not on all the lists pf his designs, It had a lift off hardtop. Probably when Ford rejected it , the body was taken off, the stock body put on and the car sold. Someday i will go to Italy and see where the leftover stiff at Ghia went when Ford dumped them
