I'm still on the lookout for a Russ Davis one.
Here is a guy making knock offs for about 1/3 the price of an original. Looks line they are just vinyl stickers on a new frame.

Have seen those on Ebay. Was hoping to find a needle/haystack and get an original.

I understand - My 1967 Bronco came from that dealer. No license frames but the owners manual was stamped.
