Original paint. Same owner since 1970. Real nice guy. Ran into him at the motor muster. If anyone wants pics of this car please let me know ASAP and I'll shoot what you want. Gary
more pics.
the 2011 registry is backwards on this car.
What sad state for our hobby when the first thing you list about your car is CS signed the glove box?
Nice! The one pic shows a early Riv!

Car has been untouched since the owner bought it resto wise. He has the original spare but has it tucked away before he brought it to the show. A mutual friend talked him into bringing it to the Motor Muster and the car was been tucked away for decades until recently. I do not know squat about 65 Shelbys concours wise so I took a lot of pics at the show. The owner was NEVER around the car on Saturday or Sunday but on Friday I told him his packet for the show on his front seat shows his ADDRESS on it(he lives by my Mom it appears). Hopefully it will get out more and my friend told the guy to get with Howard and give the correct history on it. His Daughter didn't know what SAAC was so she looked it up on her phone when we were talking on Friday. So they are out there still tucked away.

I'd give the guy a break on that as he isn't in the loop of the Shelby world for the most part. I would ask "when was the glove box signed"? a 66 green GT350 showed up and had a lot of signatures on his glove box including Alan Mann.
Very kool
I have pics from 2019 in my files of this car, not sure how old the pics were, but looked relatively recent.
pretty cool

Bob has started taking the car out I have been told but not sure when. A couple of years ago?
Thanks for helping my friend Seraphim out at the SAAC show last Saturday. He was still excited with all the parts he got that day. He was giving me the rundown yesterday. Gary
