I'm sure other sources have it too.

Former Shelby employee, Jere Kirkpatrick was making them for the OVC cars.  He shows how he makes them on his Youtube channel.

Yes . A few different mfg's.

Jim Murietta (Original Venice Crew) has the original Shelby employee making repros for the continuation R Models. The first ones were not the perfect spun aluminum ones offered today.
He also recently bought the original tooling and jigs for the R Model side windows.

Repop - spun on a mandrel no welded seam. I used to watch a guy at Dean Moon's shop spin hubcaps.
