Title: Pedal support

Do I have to remove the instrument panel to get the pedal support out from under dash? 4 speed car. Steering column is out.

Yes, Usually the dash pad and cluster and brake booster/master cylinder do.

Thank you, a lot of work to get to that (1) bolt behind the instrument cluster but gotta do it!
