Title: 1969 Stone deflector color

Is the underside of the stone deflector painted the Dark Argent the same grill area?

Bottom was   left black when top was painted grey.

was that the primer that was used? Black?

My painter did the underside in gloss black, if it's primer then wouldn't it be a flat or satin?
