Flashing yellow alert

How do I post on the flashing yellow alert thread? I have something that needs to be put up about a verified RE-BODY car that is for sale but I cannot get the post icon to show up when I login to go post on flashing yellow alert area.

That's too bad. That should be an open thread. I've got some information on some cars verified by registrars that are rebody that are presently for sale that someone's gonna end up getting screwed on.

The car is question is 1967 GT 500 #67410F7A01246 being advertised in Vancouver BC.
