For a 65 trunk battery car with Cragars - it there supposed to be a mustang ratcheting wrench and a Cragar wrench in the trunk?  or just the Cragar wrench?

You need both. You need the Mustang lug wrench to work the jack and the Crager lug wrench to fit the different size Crager lug nut.
