Can someone provide me with the part no. for the proper kit? A source would be great too. Thanks!
I don't think you can buy a kit. You'll need to go to the Holley website and order it piece by piece. There is a kit that is close but you'll still need to order a couple parts specific to the LM carb. Branda used to offer a kit but it was more than piecing a kit together yourself. Look up your Holley number on their site and they have a complete list of which gaskets, seats, power valve etc it takes.
Here is the link to the gaskets etc you'll need - https://documents.holley.com/techlibrary_carb_numerical_listing.pdf
Holley doesn't list the needle & seat: https://www.ebay.com/itm/293085090333?chn=ps&norover=1&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-117182-37290-0&mkcid=2&itemid=293085090333&targetid=1068323852830&device=c&mktype=pla&googleloc=9031245&poi=&campaignid=11755691277&mkgroupid=117768893881&rlsatarget=pla-1068323852830&abcId=9300462&merchantid=113621486&gclid=Cj0KCQjw0oCDBhCPARIsAII3C_Gg3jrdgteR_cW_Rfsw0fT2dgbZ_B6hkZCk7LKp6NdrqrKDnRa6kbgaAoSSEALw_wcB
Daytona Parts Co, Kit number 442, for the Lemans Bowl 4150 series carbs, supposed to be ethanol resistant parts, come with 6.5 power valves. I just bought three, $75 each. You can look it up on the website, but you'll have to call to place your order.

My email requesting a quote/availability ended up in their spam folder, but they responded once they saw it, and when I called, the lady had my email handy for reference. If you call anytime around lunchtime, you are liable not to get a hold of anyone, but once you do, they turn the order around pretty quickly.

IIRC, when I talked to Holley, looking for a rebuild kit, they said Daytona Carb was the place to go.
Good luck

Here is what I used on my 715 in my 65.
Box says Holley Renew Kit
1085-2489
Master Repair Kit
Jet size. 67 primary
78 secondary
My carb runs excellent. I called Holley for this but this was in the 1980's .
This could be old and outdated now but maybe cross referenced.
Hope this helps

My experience as well. This is the Daytona 442 kit I bought in 2004, looks to be the same as the one currently sold by them and Carbs Unlimited. No jets, power valve is unmarked but I assume is an 85.
I also bought a pair of their new design, "flat tip" needle/seat, in 2011 which they describe as being much more efficient, but haven't had a chance to use them. Has anyone used these?
Dave
Cobra Automotive used to sell a kit for the 3259.
Thank you all for the quick replies. I called Daytona Parts, and the person knew exactly what I needed. Just ordered two.
I live about 5 miles from Daytona Parts Co. and the owners Ron & Tim's are very knowledgeable and stock parts. They helped me with tuning my 715 and I would recommend them.

Don,
Did you use their new design needle/seat when setting up your 715? Curious to know anyone's experience with those...
Thanks,
Dave
