Title: Leaf spring strap finish

Are the straps around the leaf springs plated, phosphate,plain,... ? Thanks in advance

Bare steel so you may want to put a rust inhibitor on them like T9 or similar.

+1 This will provide a nice visual contrast against the darker heat treated steel the leaf springs are made from
