Title: Choke cable mounting position
Post by: cascade-classics on December 18, 2020, 09:27:40 AM
Does anyone have a good picture of the exact position the choke cable is mounted under the dash on a 67 GT350?   Most pictures show it under the heater controls but are too far away to see what exact holes are used.

Thanks.

First photo I could find - IGNORE THE "CHOKE" LABEL that was a owner added thing in this car and was never a factory item.

Yes the assembly book show this is where the choke operator end is located.

Hope this helps...

here is another of that same one and one with the "C", seems not all cars got the "C" on the pull-knob (probably why the owner of the other car added the label).

Found this over on concours Mustang.  Looks like it is right against the kick panel.
