Great find!!!
The owner in Europe may have been forced to change the rims to the 10-spokes, to get the MOT in England.
Full wheel covers were likely not legal. thus why all the exports had the 10-spokes. The reflectors on the rear valance are likely another requirement.
Perhaps one of our SAAC forum members in the UK can confirm these details.
The owner moved the antenna to the front right fender. It was on the left quarter in the NYC auto show photos.
