Found a vent window in tuscon on CL but seller is adamant and wont ship. Anyone near by that can help me?

Maybe use a UPS call tag?  All he would have to do is box it up, answer the door and slap the sticky tag on. . . .

I tried everything..offering way more money than he asked etc etc. Did not want to push it and anger him. Hoping Bruce chimes in..
