Post by: peterj9#388 on September 24, 2020, 09:00:06 PM
Looking for the correct transmission for my car. Previous owner removed and lost it 40 years ago.
Thanks

From 67410F2A02940 per VCM and Maple Hill photos.

PGB R, H servo and aluminum tail shaft.

Edit: Looking at the tag photo there is a 1 under the grease by the bolt.  PGB R 1

My tunnel vision was thinking aluminum but reading iron.  :o 390 C6 Mustang core will be the same .Floor shift lever is essential for it to work in a Mustang/Shelby.If missing most likely means it was from a full size column shift car. fortunately the hard to find floorshift assembly version is know available as a accurate repro.

Thanks for the info. Would be great to get the aftermarket shifter info Bob.  Does anyone have a usable transmission ?

Thanks
