What was the part number on these, somebody has a picture? I´m sure I have one left over but not my part book here.
There's noting special about the mounting brackets on a 500. The reservoir is the truck reservoir because of the direction the return line exits because of the oil cooler. The pulley for the non-air cars is the 7AB or 7AC for AC cars.
There are two different brackets that could have been used. One style bracket if your car has a Ford pump, the other style if it has a Thompson (TRW) pump.
These are pictures of a Ford bracket, There is a year / month date code on these brackets. This one happens to be a January 1969 made bracket as you can see.

The Thompson bracket will interchange with the Ford bracket but has a distinctive look. While they have a date code, apparently no one ever changed it at Thompson because every one of them has the same March 1966 date on it regardless of the date it was made.

for those that may not know the Thompson (Ford) pumps are the ones painted metallic "teal/blue" with a "F" stamped in the middle line of the metal tag and the TRW are the ones painted black with a "W" (IIRC) in the middle line if you still have the tag or can tell what the original color was.
Tom (OP) you are looking for the cast aluminum bracket not the stamped steel bracket?
