Title: Question on 1968 10 spokes
Post by: 68cobra427 on April 06, 2020, 01:56:05 PM
Have located 4 with the S7MS-1007 on inside and valve stem in the center not on outer edge. Tapered not straight. Would these be repo before 70? Or orig?

Looks like a version 3. From about 1978 or so.

Troy, I don't know if repro would be the best descriptive term because they were most likely made by the same company as the assemblyline wheels . Better to say like assemblyline or not.  The wheel in the picture howveer is NOT like assemblyline and IMHO being close to assemblyline is like being a little bit pregnant. It ether is like assemblyline or not . That wheel is not. Value is commensurate with a repro wheel made by another company in the same condition IMO.
