Not Paul's car :
Handsomely blending classic Shelby GT500 cues with custom touches, this aggressive custom Mustang features many upgrades enhancing performance and image. Specially licensed by Carroll Shelby, this car is one of 43 built by Unique Performance of Farmers Branch, Texas. Featuring a yellow exterior, it is one of just two produced in this color, with the other car delivered to Orange County Choppers, per the March 2005 edition of Mustang Monthly. Other visual cues include black Lemans stripes, a black interior, a non-functional "Go Baby Go" shifter button, an onboard cut-off switch and a non-functioning nitrous bottle.
The 427/450 HP V-8 engine features a Shelby-embossed engine block, Unique Performance embossed and polished rocker covers and stack-type fuel injection. Long-tube headers feeding a 2.5-inch side exit dual exhaust system incorporating SpinTech mufflers remove spent gases. A Tremec TKO 5-speed manual transmission delivers the power via a Driveshaft Shop aluminum driveshaft within a safety loop to a Currie 9-inch rear end with 3.50:1 gears. Weld-in subframe connectors and shock-tower bracing reinforce the car's unibody structure. Underpinnings include power rack-and-pinion steering, Baer bump-steer adjustable tie-rod ends and Unique Performance lateral coilovers, plus 4-wheel disc brakes including drilled and slotted rotors and Shelby calipers. Choice supporting items include a SPAL fan with aluminum shroud, a 200-amp alternator, a rear-mounted battery and a stainless steel fuel cell
