Missed this last year as we had tickets to Bullitt. Missing this year because we'll be in Texas.
See it on the original 90' curved screen

Thanks for the head's up. I saw it there in original release, as a kid. Would be fun to see it again on the giant screen.

Me too, Dad took the whole family one night. I was overwhelmed that someone made a movie that was so race car focused. And that James Gardner was driving a Shelby on the roads of Europe was great.
Garner was the real deal...a true car guy. Met him at the old Warbonnet race track in OK back in the late 60's before a tornado took it away. He was with Milt Minter who was racing a Porsche 904. I think Don Yenko won the race in a Corvette.
Still good seats available, just bought my tix. Showing is next Sun, Sept 22nd, 7:30 PM.
Thoroughly enjoyed seeing it at the Dome. Impressive list of drivers that were involved with the film, including Fangio, and I recognized Phil Hill, Graham Hill, Dan Gurney, and Bob Bondurant on screen. Carroll Shelby was listed as a consultant.
We were there too, just got home. Great movie. Garner is excellent. And the always lovely Jessica Walter is very young and beauteous.
Yep, saw all those drivers you mentioned, plus what looked like Milt Minter.
Did you also notice the guy in the background of one scene wearing a CS logo t-shirt?
No, I didn't catch the T-shirt.
