Title: shoulder belt retraction repair

My shoulder belt hardly retracts I pulled the unit and the coil is in good shape. What is the trick to winding it up properly/tight? Thanks

The spring inside is broken or needs adjusting.

all set I just tightened the wind on the spring a few turns.....
