Davez I am saying I still own my KR It is in my shop as I speak. I am wondering how my photos of my cars history popped up on a Shelby that is so much like mine being sold. I am saying that I saw a lot of photos of my KR @ the end of the ad. I saw a note saying more photos. I clicked on It
And much to my dismay I saw my photos of my Shelby . I posted 1st. post asking for help to try to see what was going on. After that post I went back in and the post was gone. It was moved then I learned the link now was not working. Now the link is working fine . Now my photos are not in the link provided by the seller. I am not saying someone is doing wrong I saw all of the engine pics body pics interior pics etc. I also saw pictures of my KR. when I went back in all of the pics were not there anymore. All I was doing is get an answer who else could I talk to if not the members here .There I am trying to be clear what I say and I don't think I am confused. Just being safe. THANKS AGAIN James

I have a question for someone on the forum  .For some one with more computer knowledge than myself. Looking at the yellow KR awhile ago on the forum I followed it through, when It got the sign more photos awhile at just about the end . So I clicked on it and it showed most of my photos of my Shelby yellow KR. The ones I have on my computer photos from the last30 years. My question is how did they get there ? Is something wrong can anyone pull them up or is it that it is on my computer. Thanks James

Do photos have to be of restored KRs. My question is do you want photos of KRs that has been sitting for awhile. My KR is on stands I start it every couple of weeks run it through gears. It is primed no bumpers no light buckets yet. To me it is still great after 31 years on jack stands. Had it since July 1969 some one may like to see it.  Thanks

The Lounge / Re: Shame, shame, shame

This also should be a beacon for everyone to take heed. I have been in the club for a while. Look me up in the first registry 04152 . Look me up in the second registry . That is when every thing goes side ways. Second registry states that I did not own my Shelby any more some other people did. Peter Disher aka coral snake was checking on the yellow Shelbys and ask me that when I had owned my Shelby was it still yellow. In reply I let it be known that I still had my Shelby and never sold it. He said he would check it out and he did. I got a letter from Doug Waschenko stating that It was some kind of typo that he corrected it. He explained to me at the time they took the owners word about there information, Only problem was that I was the owner not Kenneth Funk. I do not know how I stand in the last edition with 04152 . If it was not for Peter Disher on one of his many projects many years ago for the club. Who knows, Thanks Pete, James

A pen name for a writer in 1914 . And a color code for a 1968 Shelby mustang. Seem to match to me. I will probable have to give some clues. Makes me wonder  !

I purchased my car in July 1969 with 1900 miles on it. I put it away in July1988 to do some work on it. I did not do any work on front of car except dismantle blast and paint. The humps did not make any difference the fiber glass I would believe is original as the cross member and they fit perfect together. And the fog lights are original they fit nice and tight.     Thanks James

Pete thanks for the response , there was more than one odd example there is 2 holes 2 odd examples. Pete I think it was factory punched. I think they may have punched it on the wrong side that would make since. You could not get enough force to bend that metal the fog lights would collapse first. The cross members took a little time to construct. If they punched them wrong I think they would have used them any way, just my thoughts after reading your post. What is the difference in stamping or punching ? If you look hard at the cross member there is a 1/4" hole stamped in it right over the oil cooler to hold the fiber glass down just saying they were stamping. This is a second example I sent some pictures to you years ago 1 was of my oil cooler and lines. Pete would you really take a hammer to it if you  were me I do not think so.    Mr. Gaines no disrespect I only know my car I thought you could think out loud on the forum.        Thanks James

That's it 67-1183 thank you.  Pete I have owned my KR for 50 years same cross member fog lights etc. You say they should be flat the fact is mine are not. That should interest you because you are a Shelby researcher and a good one I must say. Things change in 50 years but my cross member has not.  Thanks James
