Can anyone provide a length on the Hammill shoulder straps? One seems loose and the other too tight to allow the retractor to retract the belts at the Y back to the retractor boot. Can someone give me a measurement from the bolt on the rocker to the bottom of the Y where the two straps come together? Are each strap from the Y the same length to the floor? I considered that perhaps they were two different lengths and that I needed to change sides with the retractors.
