Could someone explain how to insert a picture into a message?

If the photo is hosted somewhere like, for example, Google Photos, you can just use the "insert image" icon on the message editor. That will give you the code. You just insert the web address of your picture in between that. For example, in Google Photos, you can right click on the photo, "copy image address", and insert that between the code given.

Hopefully, that will help. If not, maybe I can capture some screen shots to explain it better.
