Sad so SAD, but now buyers will have to be very careful when buying anything from Florida, or what might have been moved out of Florida, I am sure arrangements are being made as we speak... Too bad!

I sure hope our FL members, family and their cars are safe. It's easy to "Monday Morning Quarterback" but, if in a similar situation, I'd find a high-rise parking garage and park my vehicle/s in the center about 3 or 4 floors up.  Yes, it might get stolen but, hopefully, it wouldn't get destroyed.

I just found out my Daughter's in-laws winter home was basically not damaged in Cape Coral(minor screen damage to pool outdoor screen and some shingles).  They bought it last summer and were on a canal but far enough off the river and upstream as to not get any flooding. My Daughter was supposed fly down there Thursday for 10 days celebrating her husbands 30th birthday with a bunch of friends. His parents were down there but evacuated up north. You guys can keep Florida year round and I'll visit in the winter. It isn't going to get better but worse and I don't know how most will be able to afford insurance down there after this mess.
